When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 1st of every month for all cleared commissions from the previous month. The minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000.
How do I request a new custom coupon code?
You can request a new coupon code by clicking the '+ Request Coupon' button in the header. Our team will review and approve it within 24 hours.
Why is a commission marked as 'Pending'?
Commissions remain 'Pending' until the customer's return window expires (typically 7 days). Once cleared, they move to your 'Available' balance.
Can I change my payout bank account?
Yes, you can update your payout details at any time from the Settings page. Changes take 3-5 business days to verify.
